The safety light curtain is composed of five parts: illuminator, light receiver, signal cable, controller and control cable.
1 Illuminator: It is used to emit infrared light and is composed of some luminous bodies.
2 Light receiver: It is used to receive the infrared light emitted by the light emitter and form a safety protection light curtain corresponding to the light emitter to generate light-through and light-shielding signals. It is transmitted to the controller through the signal cable.
3 Signal cable: used to transmit the signal between the controller and the light emitter and the light receiver.
4 Controller: The function of the controller is to supply power to the light emitter and the light receiver, and to process the light passing and shading signals generated by the light receiver to generate control signals. And it can control the alarm device of the equipment of the machine tool, thereby triggering the safety alarm and stopping the operation of the equipment.
5 Control cable: The function of the control cable is to connect the equipment control unit and the controller, so that the safety light curtain can safely control the equipment.
